On-Ice Private Lessons
These one-on-one sessions are specifically designed for the individual player and their skating technique needs. Just like hiring a personal trainer at the gym, this option provides the player with the most attention to detail from the instructor, thus seeing the biggest gains in their skating technique. 2024 Cost: $60/hr + ice costs
On-Ice Small Group Lessons
Get together with a few teammates and/or friends for work on your skating technique. These sessions are an excellent way of maximizing your skating instruction while minimizing the individual cost. Small groups are 12 players or less, with a second instructor being added if more than 6 players (upon availability) to ensure a maximum 6-1 player to instructor ratio. These sessions are available year round, depending upon ice availability. Please call or email us today for more information or to schedule sessions.
2024 Cost: $60/hr + ice cost for the first player, then add $10/hr for each additional player. Total cost is divided evenly amongst all players.
On-Ice Team Lessons
Get the upper edge on your competition this season. Superior Stride will come to your regularly scheduled practice and work with the entire team on their skating technique. We do recommend a minimum of 5 sessions throughout the season, and for best results, developing a plan for the season that would incorporate a team session every 5-6 practices. Skating is the most important skill in hockey and with a structured season plan we guarantee you will see the improvement in your players by the end of the season.

2024 Cost: $80/hr. For a team of 15 players, this works out to just $5.33/player/hr
